Cancellation requests made after the order is out for delivery will not be processed.
If the cancellation request is made within the allowed time frame, refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy, typically within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
A nominal Cancellation Fee may apply if a customer decides to cancel an order after confirming it on our Platform. This fee is determined based on the time elapsed since the order was placed. Please note that free cancellations are allowed only within the initial hours of placing an order, as specified on the product page. After this period, a Cancellation Fee will be applicable to relevant products.
The Cancellation Fee is designed to compensate for the slot, time, and effort invested in processing the order. Additionally, it aids in covering the logistics costs incurred when shipping the order. The fee charged by Fairpick Pvt Ltd will always be equal to or less than the expenses borne by us due to the order cancellation.
The Cancellation Fee will be deducted directly from the amount paid by the customer for the cancelled order, ensuring a transparent and straightforward process.
